Introduction

Facilities Services is responsible for the maintenance, operation, repair and light alteration of the academic facilities on the UCR campus. Service-Level Agreements have been created to support the new budget model and outline core services provided to campus by Facilities Services. Core services are provided by Facilities Services to address the campus's operational needs while also addressing regulatory or policy mandates.

What is a Service-Level Agreement?

A service-level agreement is an agreement between campus service providers (like Facilties Services) and campus customers to align service level expectations. Service-level agreements define core services that are covered through the campus budget model and outline a clear delivery method for these services.

Service-level agreements are a starting point and will be continually iterated upon by the SLA Governance Committee.

There are four main categories of core services. The core services are currently being refined. A published draft of Facilities Service's core and premium services will be made available on this website in early 2017 on the following service categories.
