Overview

There are three stages to complete a project request. Each step has internal University processes and resources to support the project request and campus community.

Project Intake Process

The first stage of a project is the project ideation stage. This is when the project idea is created, vetted, and approved by a University unit.

Campus prioritization will occur on a bi-weekly basis for projects completed by Architects & Engineers. Projects completed through the Facilities Services' Service-Level Agreements will be prioritized at a campus level on a quarterly basis.
