Changes to Exterior Space Request Process
The Exterior Space Committee has updated its process to provide a more transparent and streamlined approach for requesting modifications to exterior campus spaces.
This updated process now applies to changes in the use of exterior spaces, temporary use of campus land, requests for exterior signage, furniture, or amenities, and the installation of research equipment or communication infrastructure on campus grounds or buildings.
Space Management will review submissions, ensure alignment with campus policies, and reach out to customers with details on their requests and any additional information needed for review and guidance.
